Fossil Free California and partners present a day of discussion on how “money talks” in our transition to a healthier planet. The Climate Finance Summit, an affiliate event of the Global Climate Action Summit, has three sessions that cover a wide range of topics related to fossil fuel finance, showcasing campaigns that work at the intersection of climate, capitalism, and the courts. We will explore individual and governmental strategies that can help end financial support for fossil fuels. We’ll discuss what we can do—as individuals, climate activists, and municipal decision makers—to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.
