Fossil Free California loves the planet – and we know you do, too. That’s why you’re invited to Show Your Love for The Planet – a fundraising event for Fossil Free California and our youth activist allies. Come see acclaimed photographer Joel Sartore’s amazing National Geographic Photo Ark exhibit (ends February 14) and celebrate Fossil Fuel Divestment Day with us!

The evening includes an opening prayer and songs by indigenous activist Maria Xiomara Dorsey, music and special guests TBA, and presentations by youth activists. Hearty hors d’oeuvres and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

No charge for admission; contributions to Fossil Free California and our youth climate justice allies are welcome.

The Photo Ark is Joel Sartore’s groundbreaking effort to document species before they disappear—and to get people to care while there’s still time. We’re excited to host this event on the last evening of the exhibit, and hope you’ll join us. February 13 is also Fossil Fuel Divestment Day, a national day of action on college campuses. Come celebrate with us, and learn more about the national divestment movement!
